Messed up showroom. Full of false promises and non-committal. Mr Ankit is a guy who will make false promises and then run away. Pls dont deal with this sec 63 showroom. Big trap.

I have booked a white scorpio from koncept automobiles -Noida sec-63 by submitting the booking amount. The car has to be gifted in a wedding but your sales person Mr. Dharampal singh as well as your outlet dont understand the value of their promises and commitment. The salesman and the outlet manager knows how much it is important for us to get the car but tha koncept only knows how to play with customers emotion. Also the outlet didn't gave me the full refund but. I need a resolution for the same. Also want to escalate this to higher authorities.

Not happy with the sales team. I will still purchase xuv300 but not from koncept. I have interacted with other outlets and they are well polished and respond proactively.

False commitment by Mr. Ankit khurana and branch manager about car delivery . I'm very disappointed by their service

I have booked XUV300 on 22nd May and sales executive (Ankit 9717187946) promised to delivery within a month. On this basis I booked and gave advance. Now scenario is this, sale executive is not picking my call nor he is giving date of delivery of car. I am really stuck in this situation as this is giving a bad image of Mahindra. I don't want to indulge this issue on broader platform. Please give me a call back and resolve this issue
