Awaiting the Workshop leadership to revert against the customer complaint but No one serious and take pain to update customer via any mode finally only customer take the pain to follow and check what is going on - At the time of sale everyone focus after sale service - Zero people not even respond and update to client about the - Claim process , Insurance TAT - Repair Estimate etc.

I am very dissatisfied with the recent service at Concept Motors. After a minor accident, my car was poorly repaired with no proper finishing despite a full insurance claim. When I returned to have the work redone, I was promised delivery by 9 PM, which did not happen. My calls went unanswered until I was finally told the driver did not show up and delivery would be the next morning but the car is not delivered yet. This lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable.

I am impressed by the staff interacted so far be it Mr Manoj, Mr Bablu, Mr Sooraj, Mr Chauhan and specially Mr Anil Sharma and Mr Atish alongwith Mr Rajender RSA, Mr Sachin sales, Ms Manju Arya and Ms Preeti. One Mr Pandey Service Noida however dejected me. concept team is very competent, aggressive and result oriented. I think the management has inculcated very good work culture among employees. Hats off.
