Very bad experience with koncept Mahindra workshop
We have booked our vehicle XUV300 TDGI on 2 Feb 2023 and were promised delivery within 4 to 5 weeks. No one picks the landline or mobile and we have not got any feedback on when the vehicle will be ready to be collected. There is no tracking system in place to update us.

The guy named Abhishek Kumar is very disrespectful in Lajpat Nagar branch, Delhi. He is also fraud.
The sales Manager who dealt with me is very irresponsible as he was informed that the registration number will be purchased and informed to him and then only he has to process the file but he processed the file without consulting me, as a result whereof, I got autogenerated number and my money got wasted as I purchased the number. The staff Mr Neeraj has simply said, it happened by mistake. Its not expected from Mahindra Showroom.
