"Hi, I would like to share my appreciation for Mr Amrik Singh working as Service Manager in Koncept Mahindra. He always ensure that customer is the first priority and spend time and effort personally to see that all customers leave with a smile from the workshop. I had been facing many errors in my XUV 500 AWD DL12CA4822 in last 1 Year which made me believe that product quality is good only for around 4 - 5 years and post that it need high maintenance due to error occurring in one or the other component. Every time I go to workshop I always get a comfort from Mr Amrik Singh that all will be well, and he also ensure to instruct the technician that issue is looked upon and rectified with precision. He also asks the supervisor and technician to explain issue to him. I have observed during my visit that not only for me but he keeps taking round on floor, talk to customer for the issue they are facing and then addressing it. "Hi, I took my Mahindra XUV 500 AWD DL12CA4822 at Koncept Mahindra Workshop at A-25, Sector 64 Noida Yesterday on 6th Sep 2018. Reverse Parking was giving an error. I reached there at around after 5 PM and met Vineet for checking the fault and helping with the solution. Even though it was little late and workshop was about to close for the day, he still helped by getting the defective part reverse parking sensor changed within an hour time which included the time taken for paper work, fault identification and replacement of faulty part. I really appreciate the efforts and help of Vineet. I also appreciate the Customer Service by Senior Leader (Mr Amrik Singh) in charge of workshop. He was present nearby when I was explaining Vineet about the fault and asking for quick solution. He checked from me in between about the issue and also post repair if the job is done satisfactorily, since he was standing on workshop floor only at that time. "I have purchased my first XUV 5OO and Mahindra product in March 17. The journey from the on start has been a nightmare for the price I paid. Mahindra should be having its quality control in place but I must admit....pathetic. I bought my car from GSP motors. The next day I had driven of to Himachal on work. My colleague told me that the 2nd row AC panel was open. I was shocked. I came back to Gurgaon and had to have that fixed. To summarize my journey for the last year and a half with Mahindra, a list of all the replacements. a) Right door panel of the drivers seat. b) Power window motors of both the front doors. c) the 3/4 seat on the second row. d) The Air conditioning had to be redone. e) The left door handle was faulty and has to be repleced. f) The left rear view mirror has alignment issues and has to be replaced. You can imagine the nightmare. GSP Motors have been taken over by Koncept Automobiles. Yesterday was my first visit. Total ciaos. A group of unprofessional people lead by their so called "General Manager". Giving a detail of my experience with them will get me to depression. Anand Mahindra needs to get his act right. I would never ever recommend anybody to go for a Mahindra vehicle. Indian businesses will never change their mindset of quality and customer services. The callous attitude needs to change. Koncept Automobiles............you SUCK "

"Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice a case which I recommend should not only appear in customer delight stories but should also be associated with reward and recognize of staff at Mahindra. Very first service of my new face lift XUV 500 and imagine we forgot to remove our SLR camera which accidentally left in car under the seat. Service done all happy and delighted, few days later when I was packing my stuff for an international travel realised I don't have camera with me checked whole house no clue, then I thought I may have left in car and there was no chance to retrieve now as this was almost a week now, still called the service advisor Mr. Vikas, he not to listen to all my haunch but also proactively noted details etc so that he could trace it back, immediately after this discussion I left for holidays with no phone connectivity, on my return I got to know camera was traced and because service manager could not connect to me so he informed my old service advisor now a manager Mr. Amit as well so that message should reach to me either way, we exchanged calls but again I am out of station for another week so don't even have a time to visit service station, Vikas not only traced my lost property but also was certious enough to deliver it at my home specially on his weekly off day. I am very happy and delighted, some one in the team really proved, 'with you hamesha' and stand by your tag line. Thankyou so much.
