I was very disappointed with the sales officer assigned even after telling them I was a returning customer and now wanted XUV300. A brand new girl was out advisor who didnt know anything and was running to some senior for any question. Didn't tell us about deals didnt offer water couldnt show us around. Was totally non interested. I have booked my car but went to Synergy Cars . Will never recommend Koncept at Vatika to anyone.

Unprofessional staff with don't care approach.Visited twice for enquiry but disgusted to see their approach. To my dismay even asking for water, it didn't arrive!! Wouldn't like to give even a single star to such an agency.

The Scorpio N unveil event was very poorly organised. Nobody at the showroom had any idea about the features of the car. Maybe they were overwhelmed but honestly they didn't even have variant information pamphlets as their printer was apparently not working. Honestly disappointed.

Hi, I booked XuV700, AX-5 7 Seater, Petrol, Manual on 30 Jan 2022. Order ID - OTF22H000208 Can you please check and let me know the waiting list number or the sequence number ? When i check it online, it shows expected Delivery date as 8th Jul-7th Aug 2022. Do you maintain any waiting list or sequence number as per bookings ? I tried calling your helpline multiple times but didn't get any response despite of assurances. Regards, Jagvinder

Over all exp is very good, I would suggest to go on koncept for good deal of new vehicle
