Worst service,purchased XUV 700,four months back, last month the fuel tank started leaking and now the infotainment system gets hanged every second day.
I visited MG Road showroom on 26 March, 2022. Did not received proper response either from front desk reception or from sale person allocated. I had to ask for some sales person as no one was coming forward to speak. No water was offered. At last, I got my old Mahindra TUV valuation done, however, not received any reply from them despite one follow up call 2 days after my visit. Pathetic car buying experience opposite to 2016 when I visited Lajpat Nagar showroom

While buying the XUV 700, I was forced to buy the accessories package. Payment was also taken before delivery (4Jan). But till date accessories are not fitted as not in stock. I wish to apply for refund.
