Koncept Automobiles- Rajiv Chowk

I have never come across such unprofessional dealer. I first contacted Koncept Rajiv Chowk on Friday to arrange a test drive. I was assured by Ekta, that the vehicle would arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours. However, after multiple delays, follow ups and over 4 hours of waiting, no vehicle was sent. On Sunday, they promised that a test drive would be arranged for Monday. On Monday, Ekta said the vehicle would be sent in 30 minutes. This stretched to over 2 hrs, and yet again, no vehicle was sent. Eventually, my calls to her went unanswered. Is this how you treat your potential customers?

I booked my 3XO AX5 Manual on 15 May 2024 but no one responded for delivery of my booked car. Showroom manager confirmed at the time of booking that they will be deliver on 26May'24. Still chasing for status with Ms. dravin and wats app group created by team but no positive response. Anyone can help me.
