Hi my name is pranjal Vehicle no DL1CAF7624 We have purchased mahindra xuv 700 From koncept mahindra sector 2 rohini At time of deliver we were informed to get indicator later bcz of shortage now they denied and giving us cheque of just rs 6000 Cost of lights were 20k Plz take action this is not fair Pranjal 7011747108

I was totally disappointed and got frustrated over the experience I had with KUV100 from the day one of sales from the dealership. Observed totally a failure design with inferior spares and accessories were sold with exorbitant price. I am merely cheated by Mahindra for unworthy vehicle. Till now I am incurring loss by repeatedly attending the failures, from the engine to the tiny screw in this vehicle creating trouble because of inferior design and imposing to the customers through fraudulent sales and even in the further services also got cheated by selling inferior spare parts.

Worst service and even complaints are not addressed. Third class service. Going to file consumer case against service centre for cheating and 420,mental harassment of family

Couple of days back I sent my car for service and I did not received my expensive key chain back. On asking, my driver received a very funny reply from the concerned executive. Similar incident has happened with me during a previous service as well when my key chain was missing when I got my vehicle back after servicing. It is not about key chain (though these key chains were really expensive) but our trust on Koncept Mahindra which we are loosing.
