Dear Koncept Automobiles, Today i had sent my thar for 1st free servicing . after servicing i found lot of dust inside the car and they have not done any policing on roof . overall the cleaning and servicing is very bad. out of 10 i gave 2. Best Regards, Pradeep

I have given my Bolero Neo N10 (R) HR98H8445 for first service yesterday morning around 10:00am. Today when I came to take my car, I inspected the car and found many scratches on the car. It seems Teflon coating dust on the car. it made scratches and damaged the paint. Alignment of my car was also not fixed. It's been 2 days since the Bolero Neo first started service and I still haven't received my car. Pathetic service experience and loss of money (coating 10999) and car paint.

These are real thugs, fraudsters, highly incompetent and unprofessional people. To name a few I had terrible experience with Mr.Pawan, Mr. S.K Khan and Mr. Raghvendra. Instead of correcting those faults they spoiled and destroyed my vehicle even further . Those faults werent corrected and my reverse camera was broken and handrest was loosenedI strongly advise everyone to stay away from this dealer and workshop and not to send your vehicles to them

There was an ongoing issue (car shut down) for the last 2 years which I had been facing due to some technical fault. Today, I would like to appreciate 'Pawan Mathur' who took an initiative, understood the technical glitch & guided me in the right direction. Pawan is very dedicated to their work, polite, intelligent & take customers' concern seriously.
