Sent my car for repair work to Sec-60, Noida workshop. Was given no justification of the bill on the pretext of will mail the bill. When I received whatsapp of the bill it looked fake. Since I had zero type insurance, should not have been charged more than the filing charges without any discussion.

Extremely disappointed with the attitude, competence and carelessness of the workshop. They have no care for what customer needs. All they care is what they can do - required or not - to make more money. Despite paying a lot of money, have left the workshop with such a bad taste that have decided to never go back to Koncept and will never buy a Mahindra vehicle in future.
